7th of August It's time to nominate members for the member spotlight, so make sure you do so. This can be found on the 'News and Announcements' board. It would be much appreciated if everyone participated.
8th of July I added a promotional video to the site. The footage and audio are from the television show 'Lost', I only edited clips together. I hope you like it! Enjoy!
6th of July A sub-board in the 'Plug Board has been added for members only. Some more songs have been added to the soundtrack too.
3rd of July As you can see I've added small graphics around and within the side tables. I think that they neaten the side tables up a bit more and hopefully make everything look a little more organized. I've also added another role play location to the island and a new background to the current skin. I hope you like the new things added to the forum. Enjoy!

+ The survivors have been stranded for nearly two weeks, rescue still hasn't come.

This is the soundtrack of the island. Although the battery power of the teenagers i-pods may have taken their last breaths and died, that doesn't mean that the survivors can't have a soundtrack describing their feelings and experiences on the island. To listen to some of the songs press play and scroll through the songs that interest you. If you think that a song needs to be here, PM me, Larnie (aka Layla and Audrey) and I'll see what I can do. Alice decided today would be a good day for a little exercise. She was always so fond of walking or running but today she felt a nice walk would do. She had no idea where she was headed she just walked wherever she felt would be best. she walked until she found a place that was filled with green, just green.
She had came into the valley, she looked over it trying to see if she saw anything else, no, just green. The place looked so plain yet so beautiful. She walked more deeper in. The place overall seemed calm and quiet she liked it, even though at times she hated the quiet. She sighed to herself and sat down in the grass.
The walk had tired her out, not completely she just needed to rest for a little bit, that was all. Alice threw her arms up in the air and lied down. She placed her arms on her stomach and stared up at the sky, and the clouds that seemed to gently and slowly float by her. She slowly closed her eyes, she wasn't sleeping she was just resting her eyes.

Keeley was just thinking again. She often lost herself in thought and when doing so she often got lost. And that was exactly what she had done. Gone and got lost. She was just walking, just a harmless task, but it being her and all, she had gotten lost somehow. Yet, Keeley was not panicking. No, you panic you get more lost, so she stopped and looked around. Big help, it was all trees. She sighed and kept walking forward, it much come to an end soon. Probably a stupid move, but she kept going.
After traveling for another minute or so, she was about to give up hope when she saw sun light. A lot of sun light which meant a lot of open land, which meant she had stumbled across the valley which mean Keeley knew where she was again. The fear that had been creeping up inside of her was over taken by slight relief when she finally realized where she was. She stepped through the barrier of trees into the open valley and stared. It was grass, endless amounts of grass, endless green.
So she looked around a bit for someone else but couldn't really see anyone so she gave up that and began walking around. Putting her hands in her shorts pockets she looked up at the sky as she walked around the field aimlessly. She much look kinda funny, staring at the sky and walking around the field alone and-- her thoughts were interrupted when she nearly tripped over someone laying on the ground. Keeley's eyes widened and she stepped backwards "I'm sorry" She said, instantly apologizing for being such an idiot.

Alice was slowly drifting off until she heard someone say sorry, they girl almost tripped over her. Alice sat up quickly "No, I'm the one that should be sorry!" Alice said looking at the girl. Alice hugged her legs then put her palms on the grass and pushed herself up.
Alice was now standing up looking at the girl face to face. she has seen the girl around the camp, but never actually talked to her. Alice's mind was rushing to think of the girls name it began with a K. She remembered but this was sure an awkward situation to met a person. "I'm Alice." she said with her hand extended, and a smile on her face.
Now that she got the introduction out of the way the only question that came to mind was what was she doing here? Alice will leave that question for a later time when this was all settled out.

"Still, I should have been watching out for where I was going" Keeley said, stil taking the blame, she had been the one not paying attention, lost in her own thought. She recognized this girl from camp, but Keeley hadn't really caught her name or anything or actually even spoke to her yet. Keeley hadn't met to many people one on one, it was more or less just telling what to do and what to bring where, not conversation worthy.
"I'm Keeley, I think I've seen you around camp before" Keeley said as she smiled and took Alice's hand and shook it. Letting her own hand drop to her side, Keeley looked around at the surroundings, the Valley, one place she had yet to see, and under such circumstances.

"no...it's mine i mean who could see a person lying down in the grass. It's my fault." she said. Alice really shouldn't have been lying down, if she wasn't lying down the would not have almost tripped. She looked over at the girl, it didn't look like she hurt herself, and ALice was fine. "well how about we just forget about it." She said with a smile, she didn't want to argue really whose fault it was, no one was hurt anyways.
"It's nice to meet you Keeley. yeah, I've seen you around camp before aswell." she said with another smile. Alice shook the girls hand and then placed it in her pocket. "So what are you doing out here?" she asked.

"Yes, let's" She said with a smile on her face, it was stupid to fight over such a thing anyways. When Alice asked what she was doing out here, Keeley chuckled out loud. "Yeah, about that. I kinda stumbled across the place" She said, an amused smile on her face "I was thinking, walking around ya know, and got lost. Just as I was about to give up, and then I found the valley and knew where I was anyways."
She half laughed at herself "Then I was walking around aimlessly looking at the sky when I nearly tripped over you" She had to say, she sounded like more of an air head than she actually was. But yet her own story amused her. It wasn't a smart thing to get lost on this island that she knew absolutely nothing about, but yet she had. She didn't plan on making a habit of it either. Most the time she traveled with Chris, but she had been unable to find him today so she just went alone. She didn't like the idea of getting lost and not being found.

"Kay good." she said with a smile. She was glad the decicion on whose fault it was is over with. "Oh, really!" she said sounding surprised. She had a small smile on her face as she continued listening.
"Thats almost like what I was doing. I decided a walk would be nice and i just walked wherever, so you could say I wanted to get myself lost." she said with a small smile. "But i stumbled across this place as well, it seems so peaceful here, and I decided to lie down, wasn't a very good decision i guess." she said laughing at what just happened. She laughed at her excuse as well, she always seemed to go out for walks.

Keeley nodded and smiled, letting her not so perfect teeth show. Alice's story sounded a lot like her own in a sense. Except for the fact that Alice had been doing something, walking, while Keeley had just been thinking. Why she couldn't just think and sit down, she didn't know but today she just had to get up and move. But she had to think. And she still had to find Chris. "Well I guess we were kinda in the same boat" She commented.
The valley was a large one, covered in lush green grass that seemed endless until you saw the tree line. And the trees in the jungle were big trees. Very big. They weren't trees that Keeley was used to. She was used to the trees back in North Dakota, and she had yet to see trees like them. These were more exotic, tropical trees, which meant they could be anywhere, she had already determined that fact.

Alice smiled back at the girl "I guess we are." she said with a small laugh. There was a small amount of silence before Alice spoke up again. "if you don't mind me asking, but what were you thinking about?" She was trying to make small talk with the girl, and her curiosity, just got the best of her as well. Sometimes that seemed to happen to her. She looked at the girl curiously.
Alice looked around the valley, she couldn't get over the fact of how beautiful this place was. She has to remember where this place was, so she can come here to think or just to relax. There would be an occasional tree, but not like the usual trees you would see, they looked more tropical like. She looked around, and ended up making a complete circle before looking back at the girl. She still had a smile across her face.

Keeley nodded, more on instinct than anything else. She took a quick look around the place, once more. And again, all she saw was green. And the sun was bright, high noon or just about Keeley guessed. She looked back at Alice, yet another person at camp she had not talked to before. Sure she might have passed by with a quick 'excuse me' or something like that, but she had never really carried on a conversation. But Keeley liked talking to people, and she liked making friends so all was good.
When she asked what Keeley was thinking, Keeley wasn't sure. She had been thinking really about the crash, and it was something she did not talk about no matter what. "Oh just thinking about the island and how we got stuck out here" She said, which was partially true because when was it that you didn't think about getting stuck here and how the hell they were going to get off. Keeley thought about it a lot, most of the others must too.

"That seems to occupy everyones mind. i find it occupying my mind at times as well." she said with a small sigh. "that brash was just horrible." she said with a shake of her head. Another thing that occupied her mind was trying to get used to this island. "so what do you think about the island so far?" she asked
Alice was just trying to get used to it. she found the island creepy yet beautiful. it was weird how so much stuff was on one island. And it was also very beautiful seeing all this scenery. Alice being born in New York and living there for a small part of her life and then moving to Long beach never really saw much of this stuff. The only think on this island she was used to was the beach and the water and the rain of course.
