On the island, just like in real life, people have different personalities. Some are born with the qualities that allow them to lead, some are born to follow and others were born to seclude themselves from the rest. When reading your application I will decide what group best suits your character in the beginning, but that doesn't mean your group won't change. If I see that your character has made some dramatic changes (like if they do something that the other survivors admire them for), then I will change your group to whatever suits you at the time. Keep role playing because I'll be basing my decisions mostly on your threads.

The Leaders
These people are the ones that are happy to take charge and make decisions for the group, but they tend to have most of the pressure placed upon them. Some consider and respect everyone's opinions and beliefs while others insist that everything is done their way, these kind of leaders tend to only think of their own survival rather than the group as a whole. If you're a leader, you better think about what kind of leader you're going to be or conflict will definitely occur among the survivors.

The Followers
It's not all so bad being a follower, it just depends on your personality. While some are just fence sitters that are too afraid to speak their minds, others just prefer to make suggestions, but let others make the group decisions for them, because that's just who they are.

The Outcasts
The people that prefer to fly solo. They have their own thing going on, they don't need the rest of the group in order to survive...or so they think. They still socialize among the group, but prefer to seclude themselves from group decisions and flow with their own ways and opinions on things.
